SERVICE POLICY

Orders

All orders begin with a brief submitted through the contact form. Creative direction is confirmed before production begins. Full payment is required before final files are released. Watermarked previews are provided for approval prior to payment.

Reference photos are used solely for image production and are not shared, published, or retained beyond the scope of your order. NDA available upon request for unreleased collections.

​Model Identity

Your model identity is built once and locked to your brand permanently — no other client will ever have access to it. Model identity changes after approval are treated as a new build and charged accordingly. This governs the underlying model identity itself; use of delivered images is covered separately under Intellectual Property, below.

​Creative Approval

Once creative direction is approved, it's locked for that order. Changes to scene, setting, pose, or styling after approval are treated as a new order and quoted separately.

​Revisions

Revisions cover minor refinements within the approved creative direction only. Model, scene, or concept changes are billed as new work.

​Delivery

Final images delivered in high-resolution JPEG, including 4:5 Meta ad-ready crop. Rush delivery available and quoted separately.

​Cancellations
Orders cancelled after production has begun forfeit the deposit. Orders cancelled before production begins are refunded in full.

​Payment

All sales are final once payment is received. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this service policy.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after watermarked preview approval will be contested with full documentation of delivered work and client approval records. If NÓIR is unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be issued.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. US clients may also pay via Zelle or Venmo upon request — these methods carry no dispute or reversal mechanism, so payments made this way are final and non-refundable once sent.

​Intellectual Property
Delivered images are licensed to the client for full commercial use. Your model identity remains exclusive to your brand and is never reused elsewhere. NÓIR retains the right to feature delivered images in its own portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to production.
