1. How it Works

• Brief: Submit your collection details via our TIER OPTIONS page.

• Review: We generate watermarked editorial previews for your approval.

• Pay: Get a secure Stripe invoice link via email. Unwatermarked high-res assets release instantly upon payment.

 

2. Accepted Methods

• Major credit/debit cards via Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Zelle or Venmo (US clients only, upon request).

 

3. Terms & Finality

• All Sales Final: No refunds once unwatermarked assets are delivered.

• Zelle/Venmo: Non-refundable once sent with no dispute mechanisms.

• Disputes: Credit card chargebacks filed after preview approval will be contested with full logs and written approval records.

• Fulfillment: 100% refund issued if NÓIR cannot fulfill your order.
